Shipping

Normally throughout the year our production time is between 1-3 days from the date of receiving the order. If you noted your email address at checkout you will receive a tracking notification once we have completed your order and created the shipping consignment.

VIC: 2-4 business days (depending on origin and destination)
Other States: 3-6 business days (depending on origin and destination)

Parcel with tracking
Some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.

Under normal circumstances we aim for:
VIC: 2–5 business days
Other States (metro to metro): 3–6 business days

Express Post parcels and Express Post letters
Express Post is still the fastest way to get mail from A to B, but we can’t guarantee next-business-day delivery right now. Items may take longer than usual to arrive.
